Introducing your boys to a mindful movement practice at an early age can help them learn healthy lifestyle habits, cognitive focus and the tools for emotional regulation. The Summer Moon keeps this class fun and light-hearted but also educational.

First Saturday of every month we gather to explore how to cultivate happiness, and the use of simple tools to find stillness, confidence and joy in the present moment. This practice is especially designed for boys at this very tender age. The group will invoke curiosity within these themes while practicing mindful movement rooted in forms of martial arts, breathing and guided meditation. We play games, tell stories, and create art.

All activities are based in both ancient and contemporary mindfulness practices.
