CuraSol Presents: Mindful Resilience with Swathy

In this slow-paced yoga class, we will explore ways to connect mind, body and heart through gentle movement, mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, and guided meditations.

Combining the practices of trauma-informed yoga and yoga philosophy, we will learn tools to calm the nervous system, increase the ability to be present to what arises within us, practice self-compassion & build resilience to life’s adversities. No prior yoga practice is necessary.

Swathy is a certified 300-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher who has taught classes in widely diverse settings including mental health facilities, de-addiction centers, and hospitality shelters for homeless communities.
