Yoga Nidra is a relaxing and peaceful guided meditation. It’s a chance to forget about any stress or worries in your mind and focus on taking care of you. Yoga Nidra is a 45-minute meditation practice where you lie down under a blanket and relax each body part in a guided progressive relaxation, and you do a visualization of what you want to bring into your life towards the end of the meditation. This practice will bring an expanded awareness and help you receive insight and intuition. It is great for pain relief, stress reduction, increased focus, and improving sleep. You may feel the effects for several days after your session! Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and two blankets. Optional to bring a blanket, bolster, or two blocks to put under your knees if you have any back issues. They will have some extra mats, blankets, and pillows if you forget. This practice is safe for everyone including women who are pregnant. Please arrive a little early to get set up.
