Meal Prep makes it easy when people have ready-made delicious and healthy components to create healthy easy-to-prepare weeknight meals. This class will prepare the basic building block base recipes in this fun and lively hands-on class. Participants will bring their take home containers and leave with a bounty of prepped and cooked vegetables, healthy prepared grains, delicious organic chicken, blanched greens, savory legumes, two homemade sauces to round out their meals and washed and ready to use salad greens. Eating healthy has never been so easy or delicious! Learn strategies to prep once for healthy meals all week and simplify participants life. The class is offered every quarter with new seasonal recipes.

Important Items to Bring to Class:
-8-10 food containers of various sizes
-2 small one cup containers (Mason jars or plastic containers)
-1 large zip lock bag
-One chef’s knife
-Wear closed-toe shoes for safety and sanitation.
-Bring a sweater or jacket since some of the class will be outside cooking on the patio.
-If you have medium to long hair, pull it back with a tie or hair net.
