Sacramento State’s Festival of New American Music (FeNAM) returns for another free nine-day extravaganza of great musical performances. Featured performers include Sandbox Percussion, Earplay, pianist and keynote speaker Sarah Cahill, Splinter Reeds, and jazz/fusion bassoonist Paul Hanson.
