Start with picking green walnuts from the Graner Orchard, prepare traditional spices, and create just the right blend of spirits. You will blend your own quart of Nocino Liqueur to take home to age for the December Holidays.
Workshop led by Board Member Cathy Ciofalo, who learned to cook in the kitchens of her Sicilian Great Aunts: Mary, Mary Grace, and Mary Catherine. Cost includes Nocino tasting and a quart of liqueur to bring home.
