Pizzettas are mini pizzas. Join Lucia as she reveals how to make this Italian specialty at home! In this hands-on class the group will learn to make dough from scratch and use it to create its own personal pizzettas with freshly made simple red sauce or pesto, and freshly roasted red bell pepper and other seasonal vegetables.
Lucia Oliverio to instruct. This is a hands-on class with a vegetarian menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those Age 21 and over.
