Sweet and spicy, creamy and crunchy – curries are an explosion of flavors and textures. Learn to use freshly ground spices and make your own curry sauces from fresh ingredients to create a variety of exotic curry dishes: prawns in coconut milk masala; beef kabobs in a creamy curry with freshly roasted and ground spices; spicy cilantro mint chicken curry, and brown basmati rice pilaf with coconut milk.
Shankari Easwaran will instruct.
This is a hands-on class. Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those Age 21 and over.
