Make your weekend dinner parties extra special with homemade ravioli. We’ll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, cut it and fill it with a light and refreshing pea, ricotta and mint filling. We’ll make a creamy lemon sauce and served it with a crisp seasonal green salad with homemade dressing.

This is a hands-on class with a vegetarian menu. Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those Age 21 and over.
