For the last ten years, he has been both the catalyst and architect of multiple multi-million dollar change management endeavors, spanning private industry and government sectors, that range in outcomes from revenue and market share growth to total workplace culture and production policy overhaul. He has dedicated expertise in adult and executive education in both curriculum and learning design with wide experience in employee engagement, strategic development, conflict resolution, advanced communication skills, and team building.
Brett holds an M.Ed in Organizational Performance, Learning and Change from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Sonoma State University. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is trained in Co-Active coaching from the Coaches’ Training Institute in San Francisco; career transition and talent management coaching from Lee Hecht Harrison; a certified Elevations for Organizations coach and trainer from Elevate, Inc.; and a practitioner of LPI 360 assessments, Strengthsfinder 2.0 and DiSC leadership assessments. He is a member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and the ICF.
