Explore the spicy and flavorful cuisine of Korea. You will learn about the techniques and ingredients necessary to create your favorite Korean dishes. We’ll make napa cabbage kimchee; bulgogi, a spicy grilled beef and rice lettuce wrap with chili-garlic sauce; japchae, stir fried vegetables with cellophane noodles, and bibimbap, a tasty rice bowl with grilled chicken, veggies and a fried egg with sweet and spicy gochu jang sauce.
Mayumi Tavalero will instruct this demonstration-style cooking class.
Students will enjoy a taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students Age 21 and over.
