Hawks, Honkers, and Hoots

Presented by Sacramento Public Library at Rancho Cordova Library

Hawks, Honkers and Hoots offer fun, interactive natural history and interesting facts about the birds of prey living in and around the Pacific Flyway. Reading books about birds of prey can take you all over the world, the only place where raptors are not found is Antarctica. Because there are many rural areas in Sacramento and the Pacific Flyway, there are a plethora of raptors.

Live birds are included in the presentation along with a discovery table for an up close and personal experience with these wonderful creatures.

Note: This event is for children Ages 5 and under.
