Master Food Preservers: Sausages and Deli Meats

This informative class will show you how to make sausages, jerky and deli meats, and different smokers at home. This free class will also teach you the basic rules for safely purchasing meat, meat storage, equipment, cures, additives, spices and herbs, and types of casings. There will be live demonstrations.
