This workshop covers the reasons why change is difficult for many of us as the pace of change in our work and personal lives continues to accelerate. Topics include how to take responsibility to plan and manage organizational transitions without losing productivity as leaders, how to prepare yourself and your employees to adapt and adopt changes quickly, and how to improve our ability to embrace change more readily.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
-Identify how the brain forms habits and how it can help or hinder our ability to change
-See trends and patterns in their change style and that of their team members
-Create better change strategies that speed personal adoption of change
-Build change resilience for themselves and their teams
