Let’s wish each other luck for the New Year! Join in at the library for this special program where kids will learn how to make a noodle salad that is served to celebrate Chinese New Year in Singapore. It’s not just any salad. It’s a salad that is tossed in the air for good luck.
Kids will help make this special recipe, learn some new words in Chinese, use chopsticks, and get to sprinkle red packets of good luck spice on the salad.
The group will also read The Nian Monster by Andrea Wang while we eat.
