HIIT Fitness will become the nexus for the healing power of exercise and companionship, for the community and Sacramento veterans who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) this Veterans Day.
The community is invited to participate in a bootcamp-style workout with HIIT Fitness instructors and Capital City K9 service dogs, followed by breakfast burritos served by Drewski’s Hot Rod Kitchen, and pop-up sale by mobile boutique Bueno Sport and Swim, featuring custom fitness and active gear.
A percentage of all money spent during this event will be donated to Capital City K9 who trains service dogs for veterans who suffers from PTSD. HIIT Fitness has agreed to donate 100 percent of the money raised from the boot camp donations and 50 percent of first-months membership dues from all new members.
