Cultures from around the world celebrate fermented foods for their health benefits and unique flavors. Learn techniques for lactic fermented pickles, garlic tamari pickles, kimchi, carrot-beet-red cabbage kraut, ginger pickle, and curried cauliflower pickles. This class will be taught by Marga den Hoed of Common Kettle Farm

Note: This is a demonstration-style class with a vegan and gluten-free menu.
