Make your own kite and learn some of the rich, multicultural history of kites from presenter Anwar Khan of Old City Kites. Hosted by the Elk Grove Multicultural Committee and the Franklin Community Library, this program is for children age 5-11.
There will also be exotic kites on display for viewing!
