Evocative and poetic, the series “Balkans” have been evolving over the period of 20 years. The works created out of paper, ephemeral in its nature, allude on the transience of time and life. They remind one on forgotten landscapes where beauty and danger are difficult to distinguish.
Radmila Jovandic Dapic retired as a professor at Art Academy in Sarajevo. The current exhibit was featured at National Gallery of Bosnia-Hercegovina for the 70th Anniversary of the Gallery. Radmila Lives and works in Limoges, France.
