These 60-minute outdoor yoga classes will be breath work and intentional movement. It’s open to all levels. Please pre-register. Bring your own mat and water bottle. (Any-last minute changes due to weather or cancellation will be posted on the Soil Born Farms homepage.)
Instructors: Summer Ward. She has been a long-time supporter and teacher at Soil Born Farms. Her teaching is grounded in nature. Her style is intuitive accommodating to all who attend.
