Yoga for Recovery and Resilience

By observing one’s bodies sensations, thoughts, emotions and breath, one can learn to create a more compassionate and non-judgmental relationship with themselves. This class will explore the relationship with one’s body through way of mindfulness techniques, breath exercises, yoga mantras and gentle asanas.
Note: No yoga experience is needed.
