This workshop is facilitated by Jackie Alcalde Marr. Jackie is the founder of Evolutions Consulting Group, providing business consulting, facilitation, and coaching to individuals and teams. With twenty-five years of organization development in Fortune 500 companies, Jackie has worked with leaders in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. She is a certified leadership and personal coach as well as the co-author of Social Media at Work: How Networking Tools Propel Organizational Performance.
Alcalde Marr holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Sacramento State and a Masters in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She is certified in ODR’s Managing Organizational Change, Pritchett’s Change Management Program, Buzan Centre’s Mind Mapping, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and the PDI 360 Assessment. She serves on the Board of the International Coach Federation’s Sacramento Chapter and is an Ambassador for the Folsom Chamber of Commerce.
