Winter’s Hope: J.S. Bach’s Cantata

Bach’s moving cantata, “Nach dir, Herr, verlanget mich,” and his “Orchestral Suite No. 1.” Capella Antiqua’s choir and period Baroque orchestra join forces to provide a moving evening in the Cathedral of The Blessed Sacrament, one of Sacramento’s most powerful and evocative spaces.
