Sac State’s daylong jazz fest is capped with a performance by saxophonist Donny McCaslin.
Renowned saxophonist Donny McCaslin is special guest at this year’s annual Winter Jazz Festival at Sacramento State. Jazz groups from local schools and colleges fill this day-long series of clinics and concerts. McCaslin, who is featured on Blackstar, David Bowie’s last CD, performs with the Sacramento Jazz Orchestra in the evening.
