The Wild and Scenic Film Festival hosted by the South Yuba River Citizens League stands out as a film festival that inspires and motivates community members to go out and make a difference locally and beyond. The Wild and Scenic Film Festival on Tour in Sacramento is based on this long-running and very successful film festival.
