Wednesday Nooner: Brian Chris Rogers

Aside from curating his own music, Brian Chris Rogers has developed his own genre, “Alien Soul” in which he pushes the limits and balances the best traits in any artist with vocals and style hybrids. Before becoming an innovator of music, Brian was a lead singer of longtime Sacramento favorites Izabella, The Nibblers, bassist for Random Abiladeeze, drummer for The Toyes and hometown gem The Coalition. Brian also won the best jazz group SAMMIE four years running as a member of The Four Guys from Reno.

As a group member he always dreamt of a solo career with his own sound. Brian can play bass, drums, and the guitar. He looks up to artist like Ben Harper, Amos Lee, Dave Matthews, and Victor Wooten.
