Vegan Thai Favorites
Join Shankari as we learn about key ingredients and techniques to help you create delicious vegan Thai food at home. Learn to make vegan fish sauce to use in classic pad Thai; vegetable red curry with freshly ground spices; laarb lettuce cups, and pineapple fried rice.
Shankari Easwaran to instruct. This is a hands-on cooking class with a vegan menu.
Students will enjoy a taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
