Learn how to transform some of your favorite recipes into fabulous vegan creations. Alex will show you how to make a crowd-pleasing hot Tofurkey reuben on rye; light potato salad; summer skewers with seasonal vegetables and Beyond Sausage, and panna cotta with seasonal fruit compote. This is a demonstration class with a vegan menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those Ages 21+.
