UC Davis Human Rights Film Festival: "Nowhere to Hide"

Nowhere to Hide is first-hand reflection of a man raising his children in Jalawla, Iraq, an increasingly dangerous part of the world. Provided with a camera, Nori Sharif, a nurse, captured the life in his community and the hospital where he worked.

A post-film discussion will be led by Keith David Watenpaugh, director of Human Right Studies at UC Davis.

The inaugural UC Davis Human Rights Film Festival will be held in Davis and Sacramento Oct. 19-22. Organized by the UC Davis Humanities
