The Art and Science of Cheesemaking: Mozzarella
Mozzarella is a fresh Italian cheese made in the pasta filata, or “spun paste” tradition. Discover the fun and art of making and stretching your own mozzarella. Each student will learn how to make their own ball of mozzarella — perfect for summer caprese salads!
This is a hands-on class that uses vegetarian rennet. Students will enjoy a sampling of various mozzarella cheese and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those Ages 21+.
