Tamales are a holiday tradition in many Latin cultures, where everyone gathers for a tamale-making party. Chef Dio leads this class in a tamalada at the Co-op; you’ll make homemade masa, then you’ll prepare and enjoy red chili chicken tamales; green chili and pepper jack cheese tamales; plus fire-roasted salsa and avocado crema.
