Surface Tension plays throughout Northern California for private and public audiences. Their musical roots in blues, jazz, folk and rock create for an undeniable tempo that will make you dance!
Breathtakingly soulful vocal harmonies by Eva combined with the musical savvy of Les, Bob, Mickey, and Anthony are sublime.
They can be seen playing in cafes, clubs, coffee houses, or performing at private events and charities.
The band began in 2011 with members Charlie Weiss (vocals, guitar), Les Haber (keyboard and vocals), Eva Mae Nicholson (vocals), Bob Mamola (strat and vocals), Mickey Abbey (guitar, vocals), and Anthony Montanino (drums). They continue to grace the town today with there harmonious creations.
