Summer Cooldown Yin
Let go mentally and muscularly over 90 minutes using gentle, calming poses with long holds, and ending with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Students will be encouraged to use props, and assistants will be there for (consensual) pose assists, massages, and support. Come unwind with us!
