Singing or chanting, in a group, with intention has been proven to positively increase vibrations, chemicals, and hormones in the body. In addition, because of the breath work in sustained chanting, the body can receive the same cardiovascular benefit as a 75-minute flow yoga class.
Note: The class will cater to beginners and advanced singers alike (no prior singing experience necessary).
