Sacramento Stand-Up Competition

The Sacramento Stand-Up Competition is not just a competition. It is an opportunity for comedians to test their skills outside their hometowns, network with other comedians, and perform in one of the best comedy towns in the United States. It is also an opportunity to highlight some of Sacramento’s best home-grown talent.

The event will feature 30 stand-up comedians from various cities across the United States, including Dallas, New York City, Los Angeles, and Sacramento, competing for a $1,000 grand prize and over $2,000 in total prizes

Friday, June 23
-7pm: House Open and Comedian Reception
-8pm: Preliminary Round #1
-9pm: Preliminary Round #2
-10pm: Preliminary Round #3 and Finalists Announced

Saturday, June 24
-7pm: Competition Showcase with Headliner Michael Patten
-8pm: Kind of a Big Deal Stand-Up Showcase
-9pm: Competition Finals with Headliner Kiry Shabazz
-10:30pm: Competition After Party
