Sacramento Hmong New Year Celebration
This year marks the 42nd Anniversary of the Hmong migration from the hills of Laos to the United States of America. California is home to the largest Hmong population in the country whose capital city (Sacramento) has the 2nd highest concentration of Hmong within the state with over 27,000 residents.
