Join Master Gardeners for a virtual Zoom evening to learn different methods of preserving meat.

Gardeners will be demonstrating:
-Yummy pork breakfast sausages for Sunday brunch
-Pressure canned chicken for the pantry that will make some of the best chicken salad sandwiches ever
-Homemade jerky to help you get ready for spring hiking season
-Frozen meat so you can take advantage of grocery store sales
