Families will paint side-by-side with Maestro Artesano Pedro Mendoza Ortega, who is famous for his wood carvings of imagined creatures called alebrije. Participants will select a one-of-a kind alebrije from Maestro Ortega and use acrylics paints to adorn their creature with vibrant patterns and bold colors.
