Online Cooking Class Series: Japanese Cuisine Basics: Summer Noodle Dish
Join in for a fun community cooking class and learn Japanese cuisine basics while you make your lunch for you and your family.
Although you may register for each class individually, it is highly recommended to take all of the classes together. Basic cooking skills will build up over the three classes.
-Week 1: Zaru Soba/Cold buck wheat noodle w/ Hon Kaeshi sauce, vegan (gluten free optional)
-Week 2: Tukemen/Cold Ramen w/ spicy sesame sauce (vegan, gluten free optional)

If you would like to donate ticket to scholarship, Please choose this ticket. Pay any amount between $10-$100 to purchase Gift Ticket. If you want to buy a ticket to specific student, please choose regular ticket and email us with student’s name you want to give a ticket to.
Scholarships are available from Temple KUKURI holistic living program. The scholarships are limited so we would like to give them to those who are sincerely interested in our cooking class and having financial difficulties. Limited to 30 participants.
During the class time we are planning to do preparation, cooking and cleaning. After the class you can serve what you make in the class to your family or stay online and connect with other participants for social time. We will also have Q&A time while we eat.
