Explore the world of olive oil. With so many to choose from, where do you start? Learn what makes a fresh, great tasting oil vs. a poor quality, and even rancid, oil. Argentine-born Maria Farr was an Olive Oil Sensory Panelist for UC Davis and now has continued with a private firm. She will have several oils to taste and compare. Come and enjoy learning more about this popular kitchen staple.
