Meow-ga: Yoga with Cats

Join the Yoga Seed’s dedicated and cat crazy meow-gis for this special fundraiser. Profits will benefit The Yoga Seed Collective and the Sacramento SPCA. Yoga has the ability to reduce stress in your life. Stress can also be reduced when you adopt a cat or dog. So The Yoga Seed Collective and the Sacramento SPCA are combining the two for a fun, stress free yoga with cats event.

The Yoga Seed is inviting shelter cats from the Sacramento SPCA to their Del Paso training center for a two hour event in hopes to find them their forever home all while raising funds for the Sacramento SPCA and Yoga Seed. For the second hour the Sacramento SPCA will be bringing other adoptable shelter animals like dogs and bunnies to the studio.

During this event, you will get to do a one hour yoga class lead by instructor Karen, with the shelter cats around to assist you. After the class is over, you will have one hour to mingle, play with the kittens, and purchase raffle tickets with a wide variety of prizes.

Note: No prior yoga experience is necessary. Type of animal is dependent on what is available at the SSPCA and is subject to change.
