About the instructor:
Tiffany Paige Ramirez is with City of Sacramento Older Adult Services and Access Leisure. Tiffany applies her 17 years of professional art and design experience to sharing creativity as a means to connect the heart and mind of individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Moved by the loss of her grandfather to Alzheimer’s, she is committed to sharing the healing properties of art and imagination with others living with the illness. Tiffany launched and directs the nonprofit Artisan Mind and has been providing dementia-specific museum tours with the Crocker since 2011. Her devotion to quality of life comes through The Hummingbird Project,where she continues to nurture creative thinking in a way that sparks inspiration and meaning in the hearts of those she serves.
