Los Angeles Azules are a Mexican group specializing in Cumbia “Grupera” music, formed in Mexico City in 1976 by brothers Elias, Jose and Jorge Mejia Avante. The group’s musical genre can be best described as Colombian Cumbia and disco. In 2001 they were nominated to the Billboard Latin Music Awards.
