Telagio Baptista is a regional and national multiple award-winning watercolor artist that remains active in juried shows and conducts private/ group workshops in Northern CA. This workshop will allow you to create something magical with the use of a limited watercolor palette. Artists will work with shapes and values using less color to create their own art.
This is one of three workshops taught by Telagio Baptista during the much anticipated American Watercolor Society Exhibit.
