Improv Acting Jam

This is an improv jam where improvisers of all levels can play and learn in a fun and supportive environment. The focus is character based and building scenes through agreement. You will be playing improv exercises and games that will sharpen your skills as an improviser to focus on agreement and support as a group to create improvised scenes and improvised stories.

Michael Davenport will be facilitating this Jam and has been working in improvised theater for 17 years, having founded Magic Jester Theater in Oakland and studying and performing improv in Chicago for 9 years. This is an excellent workshop for beginners and seasoned performers.
