Herbs and Self Care for Stress Management
Stress is behind so many of the chronic health problems we face, and stress reduces quality of life and happiness for so many. This course will explain the physiology of stress and why chronic stress is so detrimental, and will introduce several strategies for managing stress with herbal remedies and lifestyle changes. The course includes an introductory meeting, two online meetings, and a one-on-one consultation to help identify personalized strategies.
