Participants will arrive by in the morning and take a vineyard tour with the winemaker, collecting samples of fruit for harvest along the way. You will learn how to measure sugar and help determine optimum pick time of our Sangiovese. The tour will continue to Fenton Herriott Vineyards’ crush pad to get a glimpse of what happens after pick.
