Habitat Doors Project

Throughout the month of April leading up to the Annual Hard Hats & High Heels Gala on April 28^th, ARTHOUSE on R will be showcasing a very special exhibit in partnership with local artists and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento. The exhibit called the “Habitat Doors Project” project features selected artists who have taken a recycled door from the Habitat ReStore and created art on it in the theme of “What Home Means to You”.  The new and unique project was created as a venue for local artists to celebrate their talents while making a statement and bringing attention and support to the need for affordable homeownership opportunities in our local community.  

The doors will be displayed for public viewing and exhibited at ARTHOUSE on R and then auctioned off on April 28^th at The Railyards as part of the Hard Hats & High Heels Gala auction.
