Girl Scouts Celebration of Civic Engagement presented by the James B. McClatchy Foundation
Are you a change-maker who wants to find new ways to make the world a better place and learn about careers in government and public policy?
This one-day virtual event is designed for girls in grades 6-12 where they will hear from nationally recognized female leaders about the importance of civic engagement and how they have led positive change through their involvement in government. Note: Membership is not required to participate. However, financial assistance is available to cover the cost of a Girl Scout membership ($25), and once a member, financial assistance is available to help cover the costs of programming.
