Garden to Pantry: Preserving Tomatoes
Learn how to preserve tomatoes for future use in this demonstration-style class. Master Food Preservers will demonstrate safe food preservation techniques, such as water bath canning and dehydration. You will learn how to prepare a simple homemade Italian pasta sauce and tomato ketchup that can be stored in a pantry and enjoyed any time of year.
